This Privacy Policy explains how PurePixel Creative LLC ("PurePixel Creative," "we," "us," or "our), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit https://purepixelcreative.com, contact us, submit a form, become a client, or otherwise use our website design, hosting, maintenance, domain, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
- Business information: business name, service area, industry, services, goals, competitors, existing website, domain, business email setup, and other information needed to understand your project.
- Project and onboarding information: questionnaire responses, website preferences, inspiration sites, copy details, logos, photographs, testimonials, brand materials, domain and DNS information, and other files or information you choose to provide.
- Communications: emails, form submissions, meeting notes, feedback, support requests, and design-review comments.
- Billing and transaction information: billing contact details, selected services, payment status, subscription status, transaction amounts, dates, and identifiers made available by our payment processor. Stripe processes payment-card and bank information directly; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our hosting and security providers may automatically receive technical information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, approximate location derived from your IP address, timestamps, and security or performance logs. We use this information to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
Information received from service providers
We may receive information from providers that help us operate the Services. For example, Formspree may deliver website inquiry submissions, Jotform may deliver signed forms and onboarding responses, and Stripe may provide payment and subscription records. The information we receive depends on how you interact with those services.

- Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and prepare recommendations, proposals, or contracts.
- Design, build, launch, host, maintain, secure, and update client websites.
- Write website copy and organize client-provided content and assets.
- Manage domains, DNS, hosting, business email coordination, and related technical work authorized by the client.
- Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, and approved add-on charges.
- Communicate about projects, design reviews, service requests, renewals, billing, security, or policy changes.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our agreements.
- Maintain business, accounting, tax, legal, and service records.

- Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, site delivery, performance, and security. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, accountants, insurers, or legal authorities when reasonably necessary; to protect rights, safety, and security; to comply with law or legal process; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of the business.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use client form responses and project materials for unrelated advertising.
4. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Site and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, site delivery, fraud prevention, preferences, and basic performance measurement. Cloudflare may process technical request data and use necessary security technologies when delivering the Site.
We do not currently use interest-based advertising trackers on the Site. If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide the Services, maintain client relationships, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy accounting, tax, legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it. Information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten through normal operations.
6. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form or ordinary email.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact purepixelcreative@gmail.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

We may disclose the categories marked "YES" to the service providers described above for business purposes. We do not sell these categories or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How to exercise your rights
Email purepixelcreative@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may request proof of that authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
